A project for the right place at the right time, The Cossette was an exciting venture that effectively combined residential housing with highly sought-after commercial and office space in burgeoning Yaletown. The challenge was to navigate Yaletown’s emphasis on strictly residential zoning, and to respect the area’s heritage while attracting stand-out commercial tenants. With the Cossette Building, our quest for a win-win scenario resulted in the best of both worlds – a striking construct of innovative architecture and functional design that is a cornerstone of commerce in Yaletown.
